Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed measurements and assessments of joinery projects to prepare accurate estimates, ensuring alignment with client specifications.
- Analyze architectural drawings and specifications to identify materials, labor, and time requirements for each project.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and designers to refine project scopes and clarify any ambiguities in the design.
- Utilize specialized estimating software to create detailed cost breakdowns, ensuring precision and efficiency in the estimation process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field to understand technical drawings and project requirements.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in joinery estimating or a similar role, demonstrating a strong track record of successful project bids.
Strong knowledge of joinery materials, methods, and industry standards, enabling accurate and reliable cost assessments.
