Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • بكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في تصميم وإدارة المشاريع المعمارية.
  • التسجيل في هيئة المهندسين السعوديين شرط أساسي.
  • إجادة استخدام برامج التصميم الهندسي مثل AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, SketchUp.
  • خبرة في مشاريع سكنية خصوصا الفلل السكنية والمباني الانشائية

Desired Candidate Profile

  • إعداد وتصميم المخططات المعمارية للمشاريع المختلفة.
  • متابعة تنفيذ المشاريع وضمان مطابقتها للمواصفات والمعايير.
  • التنسيق مع فرق العمل والاستشاريين لضمان جودة التنفيذ.
  • تقديم حلول مبتكرة لتحسين التصميم وتلبية متطلبات العملاء.
  • يفضل من سكان المنطقة الشرقية
