Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input data from various sources into designated systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents, identifying and correcting errors, and escalating discrepancies as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data privacy regulations throughout the data entry process.
- Organize and manage electronic and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage of data.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in a related field is a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software is crucial.
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy is essential.
- Prior experience in data entry or a related administrative role is preferred.
