Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
متابعة سير العمل داخل المشغل وتوزيع المهام على العاملات/العمال.
التأكد من التزام الفريق بالمواصفات الفنية ومعايير الجودة.
مراقبة الالتزام بخطط الإنتاج والجداول الزمنية.
تدريب وتوجيه العاملين الجدد عند الحاجة.
حل المشكلات الفنية البسيطة في الخياطة أو الماكينات ورفع الأعطال للفني المختص.
Desired Candidate Profile
الإشراف على تطبيق إجراءات السلامة والنظافة داخل المشغل.
إعداد تقارير يومية عن الإنجاز والإنتاجية.
تحمل ضغوط العمل والبيئة الداخلية للسجن .
