Roles & Responsibilities
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute design concepts for print, digital, and multimedia projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Design and produce high-impact presentations (e.g., pitch decks, client proposals, internal reports) that utilize effective visual storytelling, clear layouts, and compelling graphics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually engaging assets that enhance user engagement and brand identity.
- Prepare and present design drafts for feedback and make necessary revisions based on stakeholder input.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for their intended platforms and meet industry standards and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail.
- Working on adaptations of existing designs for various mediums is a plus, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to tailor visuals for different formats and audiences.
- Experience working with AI tools is a plus, demonstrating openness to new technologies and innovative design processes.

Requirements
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and presentation tools like PowerPoint, Keynote.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor s degree (BA or BFA) in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work, including presentation design samples if possible.
