Experience Required: Minimum 8 years
Contract Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage QA teams across projects
• Define and implement comprehensive testing strategies
• Oversee quality assurance processes throughout the software development lifecycle
• Work closely with product managers and development teams to ensure alignment and quality delivery

Technical Environment:

JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, API Testing, Agile/Scrum

Profile:

• Proven leadership in QA team management
• Expertise in testing methodologies and quality frameworks
• Strong focus on software quality, process improvement, and automation
• Excellent communication skills and agile mindset
