Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our jewelry production process. The ideal
candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar managerial role within the jewelry industry,
bringing expertise in both production and team leadership to help us maintain our reputation for excellence.
Desired Candidate Profile
Manage the day-to-day operations of the production workshop, ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing of
jewelry products.
• Supervise and lead a team of designers, jewelers, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive
work environment.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within
budget.
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process, addressing any issues that
arise promptly.
• Collaborate with design and sales teams to align production capabilities with customer orders and market
trends.
• Analyse production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain inventory levels, overseeing procurement of raw materials and supplies necessary for production
. • Champion safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workshop
. • Prepare and present weekly reports on production performance, challenges, and progress to upper
management.
