Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes with precision to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on equipment to guarantee optimal performance and safety standards.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks and promote a secure work environment.
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and engineers to determine project requirements and timelines, ensuring alignment in operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in heavy equipment operation is preferred.
  • Valid heavy equipment operator's license and EIAC or KHDA certification to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience operating heavy machinery in construction or related industries.
  • Strong technical skills in machinery operation, with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently.
