Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Missions
Provide first-level technical support to users (hardware, software, networks).
Receive, analyze and resolve IT incidents (by telephone, email or in person).
Track requests through a ticket system and ensure they are processed on time.
Install, configure and maintain workstations, peripherals and software.
Carry out updates, patches and preventive maintenance interventions.
Profile
Good command of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
Knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN).
Office skills and collaborative tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.).
Listening and communication skills and customer service skills.
