Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor IT infrastructure including server health, network links, and performance reporting Perform port and service monitoring on servers Manage and support RedHat Linux, Windows, and VMware environments Install, configure, and troubleshoot Java, Node.js, and Tomcat Configure and support Nginx, Squid Proxy, DNS, Kafka, and Redis Create, configure, and install SSL certificates Coordinate with clients and vendors for infrastructure and application support Handle application bug fixing and deployments Manage incidents, changes, and capacity using ticketing tools Support compliance and audits (PCI-DSS, ISO, IS) Provide 24×7 support and weekend coverage when required Document solutions and contribute to automation and innovation initiatives Own customer issues end-to-end and communicate status updates regularly Manage backups and restore operations Troubleshoot networking and monitoring tools Lead and support team members
