What You ll Do
* Provide first-level IT technical support remotely via phone, email, or instant messaging
* Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, and peripheral issues for end users
* Escalate unresolved issues to senior service desk staff or relevant IT teams
* Research solutions for standard software and hardware-related problems
* Maintain knowledge of Parsons IT environment, workstation configurations, and associated technologies
* Document service requests, resolutions, and outcomes according to company procedures
* Support non-business hours operations by providing on-call service during weekends or holidays
* Ensure compliance with Parsons IT policies, procedures, and security standards
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
* 0 1 years of work experience in IT support, help desk, or MIS environment (fresh graduates welcome)
* Certifications in Microsoft or Cisco technologies preferred
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, applications, and personal computer hardware
* Familiarity with printers, peripherals, and IT service desk operations
* Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
