Job Position IT Support Specialist

Company Name CloudJune Technologies

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Only candidates who can join immediately will be considered.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM 6:30 PM

Are you passionate about solving technical challenges and delivering exceptional user support?

Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as the initial point of contact for technical assistance
-Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
-Manage and update support tickets
-Maintain documentation and create knowledge base articles
-Provide remote assistance and conduct user training
-Assist with hardware/software installation and configuration

What We re Looking For:
-Experience: 2 4 years in IT support (Mandatory)
-Education: B.E / B.Tech (Mandatory)

Skills:
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking basics, and ITSM
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Certifications (Optional): CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
