Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Multiple Operating Systems and virtual infrastructures and networks, next-generation firewalls, routing switching, and VLANs, with a strong understanding of network infrastructure.
2. A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or something similar.
3. Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, QoS).
4. Strong understanding of network and system infrastructure, helping to design and implement a new project in parallel with supporting the delivered projects.
5. Performing network and system maintenance, upgrades, and configurations.
6. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
7. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
8. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
9. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
10. Setting up accounts for new users.
11. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
12. Testing new technology.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Communication skill requirements
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Demonstrated ability to present to small workgroups on both technical and functional requirements.
