Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Technical Support (1st & 2nd Level) - Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for hardware, software, networking, and security issues. - Proficiency in software/hardware installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting. -Handle installation, configuration, and updates of operating systems and business applications. 2. Hardware Management -Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, CPUs, and all-in-one systems. -Perform basic hardware repair and component replacement. 3. Network Administration -Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi). -Solid understanding of firewalls, networking protocols, and domain environments. -Experience in firewalls, domains, hosting services, ensuring security and uptime. -Access point installation and configuration. -Setting up IT networks, cabling works, wireless networks. 4. Server & Cloud Systems -Support Windows Server environments (min. 1–2 years), including: User management Group policies Security updates 5. Office 365 & Email Management -Manage and configure Office 365, email servers, and email backups. 6. Telephony & Communication Systems -Configure and troubleshoot Avaya IP phones and related telephony systems. 7. Additional Technologies -Knowledge in CCTV, Audio/Video technology setup and troubleshooting. Required Skills and Experience: -3-5 years of experience in IT end-user support or desktop support. -Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking. -Experience with Active Directory, Outlook/Exchange, and remote support tools. -Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, ManageEngine).
-Familiarity with zoho system
-Understanding of IT security, endpoint protection, and patching.
Desired Candidate Profile
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. -Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills. -Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and networking protocols. -Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) is an advantage.
