Job Title: Network Engineer (Male Indian/Pakistani)

Location: Al Ain, UAE

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Network Engineer to join our leading client in Al Ain, UAE, immediately. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NAS and PBX systems, a valid UAE driving license, and the ability to support on-site IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Manage and support NAS (Network Attached Storage) systems for data backup, archiving, and file sharing.
  • Configure and troubleshoot PBX/VOIP telephone systems (Avaya, Cisco, Panasonic, etc.).
  • Provide on-site support to clients or branches across UAE as required.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure network availability.
  • Maintain network documentation and update configurations.
  • Respond to support tickets and escalate issues as needed.
  • Ensure network security protocols are followed and updated.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong experience with NAS systems (e.g., Synology, QNAP).
  • Proficient in PBX setup, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
