Job Position IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and support hardware, software, networks, and systems
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Manage Active Directory, O365, backups, and security tools
Provide user support via phone, email, and remote access
Configure and monitor network devices (switches, routers, firewalls)
Ensure data security, documentation, and disaster-recovery readiness

What We re Looking For:
Bachelor s in Computer Science or equivalent
3+ years IT support/engineering experience
ITIL Foundation & CCNA required
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
Experience with AD, Azure AD, Windows, mobile OS, and helpdesk tools
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
Arabic proficiency is an advantage
