The IT Support Engineer is an integral role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of technology within an organization. Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to users on a wide range of IT issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults promptly and accurately.
  • Install, configure, and manage software applications and operating systems.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems along with networks to ensure optimum performance.
  • Respond to service issues and requests in a timely and courteous manner.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role in a tech-driven company.
  • Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills in resolving complex issues.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments and their functionality.
  • Familiarity with basic resource monitoring and system performance tuning.
  • Outstanding communication skills to effectively interact with end-users and team members.
