Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various platforms, ensuring minimal downtime for end-users.
- Manage and maintain IT assets, including inventory tracking and lifecycle management of equipment to optimize resource utilization.
- Provide timely support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system to enhance knowledge sharing and improve future troubleshooting.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, demonstrating a solid educational foundation in IT.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in an IT support role, showcasing the ability to handle a variety of technical challenges.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, proving a commitment to professional development.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a corporate or tech-driven industry, indicating adaptability and resilience.
