Roles & Responsibilities

The IT support engineer's role will be to take charge of:

  • Processing IT support requests (incidents)
  • Processing requests for resources or services (request)
  • Inventory management
  • Monitoring and management of IT equipment
  • Processing of securing monthly backups
  • Daily monitoring of operations (Batch tasks),
  • Onboarding/offboarding management

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 years minimum in a similar context.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft services (Windows 10/11, O365, Teams)
  • Knowledge of service now is an asset
  • Rigor and respect for processes and procedures.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Customer service (user) skills
  • Adaptability
  • Curiosity
  • Confidentiality
  • A good command of French and English.
  • Writing skills
