We are currently looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai, ensuring smooth functioning of our systems, networks, and technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance to ensure minimal downtime.
• Manage user accounts, email configurations, and system access.
• Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups.
• Ensure network security by monitoring and addressing vulnerabilities.
• Support staff with IT-related queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation for systems and assets.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment and services when required.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking protocols.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, printers, and office IT equipment.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity practices and data protection.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
