Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems such as windows server,ubuntu,debian and centos.
Provide support, troubleshooting, and solutions to complex problems. This involves dealing with difficult situations including complaint handling, sensitive customers, and mission critical support.
Diagnose hardware and software issues and implement effective solutions.
Knowledge of networking concepts.
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
Fluent in English (B2) above.
Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
1 to 2 year of experience as a System Administrator also fresh graduated are welcome.
Advanced knowledge of server networking and virtualization technologies.
Proficiency in multiple operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).
Customer Service Orientation.
