Job position : IT Support Engineer/IT Systems Administrator/IT Manager /Asset Manager/ Technical support engineer / Help Desk Technician /Desktop Support Technician/IT Support Specialist/Technical Support Analyst/Support Engineer /System Administrator/ Network Support Technician



Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure computer systems, printers, and networks
  • Respond to service requests and troubleshoot issues
  • Maintain system performance and security
  • Provide technical support in person or remotely
  • Manage user accounts and permissions
  • Train staff on new technologies and tools
  • Install and configure software, hardware, and networks
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Manage servers, backups, and firewalls
  • Ensure data security and compliance
  • Create technical documentation and user manuals
  • Train staff on system usage and updates
  • Develop and implement IT strategies and policies
  • Manage IT staff and delegate tasks
  • Oversee infrastructure, software, and data operations
  • Ensure cybersecurity and disaster recovery plans
  • Conduct system audits and performance reviews
  • Handle vendor relationships and budgeting
  • Monitor and analyze asset performance
  • Develop strategies to maximize value and minimize risk
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors
  • Conduct valuations and financial modeling
  • Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations
  • Prepare reports and advise on buy/sell decisions
