• Manage and maintain network infrastructure
• Server administration (Windows Server, Active Directory)
• CCTV system maintenance and monitoring
• IP Telephony system administration
• Database management and maintenance

2. Educational Technology Support:

• Learning Management System (LMS) administration
• Support for digital classrooms and labs
• Management of student/faculty technical resources
• Educational software deployment and maintenance

3. Programming & Web Development:

• Python programming for automation and tools development
• PHP development for internal applications
• WordPress management for institutional website
• Custom application development for educational needs

4. Security & Compliance:

• Implement cybersecurity measures
• Manage backup and recovery systems
• Monitor network security
• Ensure compliance with Saudi educational standards

5. User Support:

• Provide technical support to staff and students
• Manage help desk operations
• Conduct technical training sessions
• Documentation and knowledge base maintenance

Required Skills:

Technical Skills:

• Network administration (Cisco preferred)
• Windows Server/Active Directory
• Python programming
• PHP development
• WordPress management
• Database administration (SQL)
• LMS platforms
• Backup and recovery systems

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant technical certifications (CCNA, MCSE, etc.)
• Understanding of educational technology requirements

Experience:

• 5+ years in IT administration
• Experience in educational institutions preferred
• Demonstrated programming expertise
• Project management experience

Additional Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic & English
• Understanding of Saudi educational system
• Ability to work in an educational environment
