Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled #IT_Specialist to join our team, who will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our company s IT systems, networks, and infrastructure as well as company internal software tools and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently when needed. This role requires a proactive individual who can deploy new ideas to continuously improve company operations.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and deploy new features (though configuration) of company CRM, Finance, email server and other internal software tools.
  • Manage company assets and ensure its IT Asset Management software is always in synch with the actual assets status.
  • Maintain and continuously update company website.
  • Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN) and other network infrastructure.
  • Monitor network performance and security, ensure end point security software and policies are up-to-date, and implement measures to protect against cyber threats.
  • Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
  • Setup new laptops as well as provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on IT systems and best practices.
  • Maintain company internal phone switch.
  • Maintain backups of company internal data.
  • Investigate new technologies, new systems, and new software tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1 3 yeas of proven experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking protocols, and hardware.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, etc.)
  • Familiarity with security and cybersecurity best practices and tools.
  • Good knowledge about cloud services, such as MS Azure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Very good in English reading and writing.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA) are a plus. unication skills
