Roles & Responsibilities
IT Specialist
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Details :
Previous experience in IT support with a focus on AV systems is preferred in similar domain.
Experience with Oracle Simphony Point of Sale system, Seven Rooms Reservation Systems with Interfaces.
Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
Familiarity with network troubleshooting and configuration.
Expertise in AV equipment, including soundboards, projectors, microphones, and video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based applications.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity practices.
