As an IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of an organization's IT infrastructure. • Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure including hardware and software.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure network systems are up-to-date and adequately configured for optimal performance.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect data and IT systems.
• Collaborate with other IT staff to develop and implement strategic technology plans.
• Provide technical support and training to staff and end-users on IT systems.
• Monitor system performance and undertake required upgrades and maintenance.
• Manage the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all IT processes, changes, and upgrades.
• Assist in disaster recovery and backup procedures to ensure data integrity.
• Research and recommend new technologies and systems to improve operation.

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT specialist or similar technical role in an organization.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
• Familiarity with a variety of operating systems and platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in technical tasks.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills to deliver technical information clearly.
