Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades or patches to maintain security and efficiency.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and implement technology solutions that align with business objectives.
- Document IT processes, system configurations, and support activities for knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including system migrations and software deployments.
- Ensure data backup, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance IT infrastructure.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on new technologies, software, and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
- Experience with network administration, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and remote access solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective user support.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high security standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work arrangement.
