Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. IT Operations & Infrastructure
Administer and maintain Active Directory, including user creation, group policies, and access control.
Manage FortiGate firewalls, VPN access, and monitor network performance and security.
Operate and troubleshoot the 3CX VoIP phone system, ensuring call quality and user access.
Maintain and support corporate servers and storage, ensuring uptime and performance.
Ensure consistent internet and internal network availability across the company.
2. User Support & Help Desk
Provide daily IT support to over 60 laptops and users for hardware, software, and network issues.
Act as the first line of response for technical support tickets and walk-ins.
Set up laptops, accounts, printers, and software for new employees.
Conduct offboarding for dismissed/resigned employees, revoking access and recovering devices.
3. Device & Asset Management
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT-related devices and office technology supplies.
Register all equipment upon purchase, including laptops, monitors, headsets, network tools, etc.
Deliver equipment to new employees upon onboarding.
Retrieve and inspect devices from dismissed employees, ensuring proper handover and data security.
Maintain documentation and tracking logs for asset movement and allocation.
4. Security & Backup
Enforce corporate security policies, patching, and antivirus/endpoint protection across devices.
Ensure regular system and data backups, and verify disaster recovery protocols.
5. Continuous Improvement
Identify system weaknesses and recommend upgrades or optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support evolving business needs with the right tools.
Research new technologies and solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of relevant hands-on experience in IT support or administration.
Expertise in:
Active Directory administration
FortiGate firewall setup and maintenance
3CX VoIP system operation
Windows-based systems (client & server)
Familiarity with asset tracking, endpoint security, and remote support tools.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
