Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You'll Bring:
Strong understanding of computer hardware components.
Proven experience in Service Desk or Help Desk roles.
Ability to provide advanced technical support to both IT and non-IT users.
Proficiency in ticketing and CRM systems.
Familiarity with basic networking tasks (IP configuration, FTP, WinSCP, FileServer).
Hands-on experience with Active Directory and end-user technologies, including antivirus solutions.
Experience managing mail servers (Microsoft Exchange, Zoho Mail) and related protocols (IMAP, POP, SMTP).
Technical degree in IT or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
Advanced knowledge of directory services (GPO, DNS, DFS, WSUS, user profile management).
General experience with Linux distributions (Ubuntu, CentOS).
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Cacti.
Basic understanding of virtualization platforms (ESXi, etc.).
Certifications:
CompTIA A+ (220-1101, 220-1102) Required.
MCSA Considered a strong plus.
