Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced IT Contractor to join our team for a 6-month assignment, with the opportunity to work on exciting global IT projects.

This role is a great fit for someone who is hands-on with Azure, Office 365, networking, and service desk operations and is eager to make an impact in a dynamic environment.

What You ll Do

  • Manage and support our Service Desk system, ensuring tickets are resolved effectively and on time.
  • Provide system administration across servers, endpoints, and cloud platforms.
  • Deliver hands-on support for Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft cloud services.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of IT infrastructure and cloud projects across regions.
  • Monitor and maintain networking and connectivity to ensure system reliability.
  • Document technical processes and provide knowledge-sharing with internal teams.
  • Work mainly remotely, with the flexibility to attend the office if required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Microsoft Azure certification (mandatory) e.g., AZ-104, AZ-900, or higher.
  • Strong experience min 4 years in:
    • System administration (Windows/Linux environments).
    • Office 365 administration & support.
    • Azure services (identity, security, networking).
    • Networking technologies (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls).
  • Knowledge of ITIL Foundation practices (certification is a plus).
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and flexibility to work with a global team.
