Duties & Responsibilities

Operational Responsibilities

• Applications Implementation and Support
• Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Zoho applications across business functions
• Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Design and optimize business workflows using Zoho tools, ensuring scalability, usability, and compliance
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors
• Drive process automation, system integration, and performance improvements using Zoho
• Creator, Deluge scripting, and custom modules
• Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics to support leadership decision-making
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, and change management activities
• Provide expert-level support, training, and guidance to end users and junior analysts
• Evaluate and prioritize business requests, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and IT governance
• Stay up to date with Zoho platform updates and industry best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation
• Communication and Design
• Identify organizational need for new applications
• Prepare technical specification as a roadmap for software
• Implement, test and integrate new applications
• Perform routine system backups and upgrades
• Install new operation systems and releases
• Monitor, record and respond to requests for support
• Investigate and diagnose system faults and errors
• Resolve technical issues
• Analyze error trends aimed at reducing or minimizing down time
• Liaise with software suppliers to fulfil the requirements of the organization
• Manage storage servers
• Schedule and run regular tests to enhance the current systems and applications
• Identify and develop functionality changes
• Maintain documentation of key databases and linked applications
• Financial Responsibilities
• Financial Analysis
• Tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and ensuring that spending is in line with budget targets
• Ensure that financial applications comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies
• Team Management Responsibilities
