Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs and proposing solutions.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance sales environment.
