Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager / IT Sales Manager to lead and grow our IT infrastructure and cloud services portfolio across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in driving adoption of cloud solutions (DRaaS, SaaS, IaaS), along with a strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, VMware, Hyper-V, and Storage solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base and strengthen market presence.

· Drive new business development and manage the full client engagement lifecycle – from prospecting to contract closure.

· Promote IT solutions, particularly Cloud Services (DRaaS, SaaS, IaaS), Storage, Hyper-V, and VMware.

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise and SME sectors.

· Understand client requirements and recommend tailored IT infrastructure and cloud solutions.

· Deliver impactful presentations, demonstrations, and solution overviews to prospective clients.

· Stay informed about market trends and competitors to refine go-to-market strategies.

· Applies deep knowledge of products and evolving solutions to take ownership of achieving and exceeding defined growth and revenue targets.


Desired Candidate Profile

· 2–8 years of experience in IT Business Development / Technical Sales within the UAE.

· Proven track record in promoting Cloud Services and IT Infrastructure offerings.

· Solid knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, Storage, and related technologies.

· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Strategic thinker with strong client management and consultative selling abilities.

· Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.


· Bachelor's Degree / MBA an added advantage

· Interpersonal Communication, Negotiation, Critical Thinking, Ability to Meet Goals, Ability to Work Under Pressure, High Energy Level, Motivation, Ambition, Technical Skill, Attention to Detail.

· A valid UAE Driving License is Mandatory
