Role Overview


CTS is seeking a motivated and results-driven Arabic-speaking IT Sales Engineer to join our growing sales and business development team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will act as a consultant and solution advisor, bridging the gap between complex technology offerings and customer business needs.


This role requires a blend of technical acumen, sales expertise within Qatar, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate CTS’s solution portfolio to clients, demonstrate value, and close opportunities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as a sales consultant, providing sales support and customized IT solution presentations.
  • Conduct market research to identify and develop new business opportunities within Qatar.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment between customer needs and CTS’s solution capabilities.
  • Present and promote CTS’s solution offerings, including Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, RPA, Data Analytics, and Robotics.
  • Configure commercial proposals, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide feedback to product and business teams for solution improvement and market adaptation.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, competitive landscape, and market trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 2 years of proven IT Sales experience in Qatar.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ambitious, career-oriented, and willing to take on higher job responsibilities within one year of employment.
  • Understanding of technology domains such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, and Data Analytics is an advantage.
