Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while meeting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage IT projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and organizational standards.
- Lead project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Facilitate post-project evaluations and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in software development, ERP, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to relocate to the UAE.
