Roles & Responsibilities

Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of IT - Park Support at Real Madrid World in Dubai Holding Entertainment.

In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

  • Provide on-site first-level support for all park IT systems (POS, kiosks, digital signage, access control, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for staff and guest-facing systems.
  • Assist in the setup, relocation, and maintenance of IT hardware including computers, printers, handheld devices, and network equipment.
  • Support the daily IT operational checks, ensuring systems are ready before park opening.
  • Log, update, and resolve service requests through the IT ticketing system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or vendors as required.
  • Ensure all incidents and tasks are documented with accuracy and resolved within agreed timelines.
  • Assist with IT projects such as system rollouts, upgrades, and installations.
  • Follow IT processes and policies, including health and safety and data privacy procedures.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to both internal team members and external stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science.
  • 2 years experience in customer facing role within technology.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and common enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with IT hardware.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving ability with a hands-on approach.
