Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, while delivering excellent customer service.

Desired Candidate Profile
