Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate with facilities teams and internal stakeholders to understand technical requirements and service needs
* Plan and support installation, relocation, upgrades, and changes to network and system equipment
* Diagnose and resolve data network issues and irregular technical faults
* Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and performance
* Maintain organized data network cabinets to ensure current coded standards and efficient workflows
* Work with CAT 5, fiber optic, and power cabling standards
* Support special events, large moves, and major system changes as required
* Execute assigned IT and infrastructure projects
* Maintain accurate inventory of network devices, tools, and materials
* Complete technical reports in line with agreed service level requirements
* Follow all safety, security, and company policies and complete required training
* Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, colleagues, and supervisors
* Support team objectives and act as a role model within the department

Ideal Profile

* High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
* Minimum three years of relevant experience in network or IT infrastructure support
* Practical knowledge of structured cabling, network hardware, and data systems
* Valid driving license
* Ability to troubleshoot network-related issues independently
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Physically capable of handling equipment and installation tasks
* Comfortable using computer systems for documentation and reporting
