Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Configure and install network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers to ensure efficiency and security.
  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including Windows Server environments, network devices, firewalls, and security solutions.
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and backup systems to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and provide regular updates

Desired Candidate Profile

Ideally, 3 to 5 years of experience in desktop support, technical support, network engineering, or a related role.

Hands-on experience with Windows Servers, Active Directory, and cloud-based platforms like Azure, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and SharePoint.

Full knowledge with configuring and troubleshooting network devices, including Fortigate firewalls.

Familiarity with cybersecurity and endpoint protection platforms such as Acronis Cyber Security or similar tools.

Can speak fluent English.
