Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security for all systems and networks.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and best practices to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative environment for skill development.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost-effective solutions.
  • Coordinate IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive IT management experience in a corporate environment is required.
  • Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP will be highly regarded.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams with a focus on achieving strategic goals is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and cybersecurity best practices is crucial for this role.
