Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive IT infrastructure for educational technology platforms and e-learning systems
• Manage educational servers, databases, and content delivery networks to ensure optimal performance and availability
• Oversee learning management system infrastructure, student information systems, and educational content repositories
• mplement and maintain cloud infrastructure for educational technology services and scalable e-learning platform delivery
• Monitor system performance, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization for educational technology operations
• Manage network architecture, security protocols, and data backup systems for educational databases and student information
• Coordinate infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and technology refresh cycles for educational platforms
• Ensure compliance with educational technology standards, data protection requirements, and academic infrastructure guidelines
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for educational technology infrastructure and platform connectivity issues
• Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, disaster recovery procedures, and system maintenance protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5-8 years of IT infrastructure experience in educational technology, digital services, or related sectors
• Proven experience managing educational technology infrastructure, learning management systems, and student databases
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, server management, and educational platform architecture
• Experience with educational technology compliance requirements and academic data protection standards
• Knowledge of network security, database management, and educational content delivery systems

Required Skills

• Advanced expertise in server administration, database management, and educational technology infrastructure
• Proficiency in cloud platforms for educational technology (AWS for Education, Microsoft Azure for Education, Google Cloud for Education)
• Experience with learning management system infrastructure, student information systems, and educational database optimization
• Knowledge of network architecture, security protocols, and educational content delivery network management
• Understanding of educational technology standards, academic compliance requirements, and student data protection protocols
• Expertise in virtualization technologies, container management, and educational platform scalability solutions
• Experience with monitoring tools, performance optimization, and educational infrastructure capacity planning
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery systems for educational databases and student information protection
• Understanding of educational technology integration, API management, and third-party educational service connectivity
