As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and optimizing our organization's IT systems, ensuring seamless operation and enhanced performance. Your expertise will be pivotal in managing and supporting the complex network of hardware, software, and cloud-based systems that form the backbone of our technological environment. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable IT infrastructure solutions.
• Monitor and manage hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure components effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ensure the network infrastructure is reliable, efficient, and services are optimized.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security.
• Conduct regular system performance and security audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to support infrastructure improvements.
• Lead system upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning activities proactively.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all system configurations and procedures.
• Implement disaster recovery plans and procedures to maintain high availability.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users as needed.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies to propose upgrades and innovations.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and support.
• Strong knowledge of network and server administration, including cloud services.
• Proven experience with virtualization technologies and infrastructure automation.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication skills and a strong team-oriented attitude.
