Job Description

  • After successful 2024, looking for IT Infra Account Manager to join the team in Dubai.
  • Serve as the main contact for key clients, ensuring smooth communication and addressing their needs effectively.
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships while coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Support business growth by achieving sales goals and sharing client insights to improve products and services.

Key Candidate Criteria

  • Ideally 7+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client success within IT or Tech industry.
  • Full understanding of IT products, services, and digital transformation trends.
  • Must have a track record of successful consultation or IT project sales.
  • Experience working with government institutions in the UAE is highly preferred.
  • Can speak fluent English.
