Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, PCs, and other IT equipment.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (Active Directory, Email, etc.).
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ensure security policies and backups are implemented and maintained.
  • Support IT projects such as upgrades, migrations, and system improvements.
  • Document processes, solutions, and system changes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in IT Help Desk.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
  • Familiarity with networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls).
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
