Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:


* Provide technical support for hardware, software, internet, and networking problems throughout the organization.


* Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, biometric systems and other IT equipment.


* Manage and monitor Windows Server and Active Directory, ensuring that users have access and security properly.


* Manage, troubleshoot network infrastructure, including MikroTik routers, LAN/WAN, and internet connectivity.


* Support for virtualization environments (e.g. VMware and Hyper-V) and perform regular system updates and backups.


* Supervision of surveillance systems (surveillance cameras), internal PBX phone systems, and mobile signal boosting solutions.


* Maintain cybersecurity protocols and assist with risk assessments and data recovery plans.


* Support and manage websites with WordPress, and help with basic graphic design tasks.


* Manage Microsoft 365 email services and provide technical support for email and cloud tools.


* Work on Odoo's ERP system, databases (SQL), digital content management and social media presence.


Job Requirements:


* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.


* 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar job in IT support or help desk.


* Good knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), Windows server, and troubleshooting of IT hardware/software.


* Familiarity with Microsoft 365, WordPress, and ERP (preferably Odoo).


* Basic understanding of cybersecurity and backup solutions.


* Ability to work independently and under pressure, with a high skill in problem-solving.


* Good communication skills, and proficiency in English (spoken and written).
