Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and related devices.
- Manage printer setup, driver installation, and resolve printer software issues.
- Configure and maintain network devices (Access Points, Switches, Firewalls).
- Handle switch conflicts, domain joining, and system configuration.
- Perform Windows installation along with required drivers and essential programs.
- Terminate network cables, install switches, and manage physical connections.
- Support IP and analog telephone connections.
- Manage and maintain surveillance systems (IP & NVR cameras).
- Ensure system security, reliability, and smooth IT operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2 3 years of proven experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support role.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, networking, and hardware setup.
- Knowledge of configuration, domain management, and network infrastructure.
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and teamwork.
