Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and related devices.
  • Manage printer setup, driver installation, and resolve printer software issues.
  • Configure and maintain network devices (Access Points, Switches, Firewalls).
  • Handle switch conflicts, domain joining, and system configuration.
  • Perform Windows installation along with required drivers and essential programs.
  • Terminate network cables, install switches, and manage physical connections.
  • Support IP and analog telephone connections.
  • Manage and maintain surveillance systems (IP & NVR cameras).
  • Ensure system security, reliability, and smooth IT operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2 3 years of proven experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support role.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, networking, and hardware setup.
  • Knowledge of configuration, domain management, and network infrastructure.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and teamwork.
