Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance over the phone or email

Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel

Record events and problems and their resolution in logs

0:1 year experience as a help desk

Tech savvy with working knowledge of CCNA - MCSA

Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues

Customer-oriented and cool-tempered

BSc/BA in IT, Engineering or relevant field - Class 2023:2024
