Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Helpdesk Engineer to join our team and provide technical support across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users across branches (Hardware, Software, Network).
  • Administer Microsoft Windows clients and Active Directory (user accounts, data handling, locations).
  • Support computers and servers (OS deployment, hardware/Software issues).
  • Troubleshoot and monitor network & security systems (DHCP, DNS, IP management)
  • Install and maintain IT equipment in new sites/branches & maintain camera systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT support/ helpdesk experience.
  • MCITP or MCSE certificate are a must.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active directory and MS office
  • Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
