A. SAP Project Management Lead end-to-end SAP implementation including planning, execution, testing, and go-live support. Create project timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate with SAP vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Ensure SAP rollout follows ASAP / Activate methodology. B. Business Process Mapping Study existing business processes (Finance, HR, Stores, Production, Procurement, Sales, Inventory). Identify gaps and recommend SAP-based solutions. Conduct functional workshops with departments. C. Module Deployment (choose according to your company) FICO – Financial Accounting & Controlling MM – Material Management SD – Sales & Distribution PP – Production Planning PM – Plant Maintenance HR / HCM – Personnel & Payroll WM – Warehouse Management (You can delete modules not applicable.) D. System Configuration & Testing Coordinate functional and technical configuration with SAP partner team. Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and resolve issues. Validate workflows, authorizations, approvals, and master data setup. E. Change Management & Training Train end users on SAP modules and business processes. Create user manuals, SOPs, and quick guides. Ensure all departments adopt SAP effectively. F. Go-Live & Support Lead go-live activity and ensure smooth transition. Provide post go-live hyper care support. Handle troubleshooting, tickets, and system enhancement requests. G. Data Migration Ensure accuracy of master data: Item Master BOM Vendor Master Customer Master Financial Opening Balances Validate data migration templates and final load. H. Integration & Reporting Integrate SAP with existing systems (HRMS, CRM, Production Machinery, Biometric, etc.). Support Fiori, BI reports, dashboards. Ensure compliance with internal audit and financial controls.
