Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Checking network lane & fixing any problem related to network
  • Maintaining PCs, Scanners & Printers
  • Fixing all software & hardware problems for users
  • Checking PCs, screens, laptops, scanners Serials
  • Setting up and installing new computers, networks, and software
  • Setting up user accounts and profiles on the network
  • Installing and configuring operating systems, anti-virus software, and other applications
  • Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor of the computer since (Experience is more important)
  • Experience: should have at least 5 years of experience
  • Familiar with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Familiar with printers maintenance.
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Technical Competencies: Installation -- Installing equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specifications -Troubleshooting -- Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.
